MY JOURNEY
Built on real
leadership experience
I didn’t always understand leadership the way I do now. Early on, I believed that if you had purpose and strong intentions, how you showed up would naturally follow. It didn’t. In fact, my first real attempt at corporate leadership failed immensely—not because I lacked capability, but because what I intended wasn’t what others experienced.
There was a gap, and I could see it in the results and feel it in the lack of traction.
That’s when it shifted for me. I realized that leadership isn’t defined by what you mean—it’s defined by what translates. By what people actually receive and respond to. If it doesn’t land, it doesn’t lead. And if I couldn’t get my vision to land consistently, then I would be operating like the majority of other leaders—clear in intent, but inconsistent in impact. I wasn’t willing to lead that way, so I became intentional about how I showed up, and over time, one thing became clear:
My greatest impact wasn’t just in what I delivered—it was in how other leaders grew and operated because of it. That’s the work I do now.
GUIDING
Values
When things are unclear, fast-moving, or high-stakes, we all rely on the internal system we've built over the years to operate—our core values. Core values are the standards that drive your decisions, shape your responses, and influence how others experience everything you do—including lead. If they’re not clearly defined, the gap between intent and impact becomes harder to control.
MY GUIDING VALUES
My work is grounded in a clear set of core values. They shape how I think, how I lead, and the standard I bring into every engagement. I meet people where they are, challenge how they think, and work alongside them as they strengthen how they lead.
Faith
Faith is at the heart of everything I do. It’s my compass, my strength, and my reminder that every step of my journey is part of a greater purpose. My relationship with God inspires me to lead with integrity, trust my team, and remain grounded.
Freedom
For me, freedom comes when my actions, goals, and values align. It’s not about living without limits, but living without limits imposed by fear, doubt, or someone else. I’ve found that true freedom allows me to live boldly, make intentional decisions, and pursue a life that reflects my purpose.
Boldness
I believe success belongs to those who are willing to take bold steps. Boldness for me shows up when I stand firm in my purpose, make decisive moves, and refuse to shrink myself to fit the expectations of others. Every great achievement I've had started with a willing to "go for it". It was often followed by nervous laughter, but it always ends with "I'm so proud you did it".
Leadership
Leadership is how I show up—in my work, my relationships, and my faith. It’s one way I serve others, inspire change, and take bold steps toward a greater vision. I’ve experienced the power of leadership at every stage of my life, and it’s a skill I continually work to develop in myself and others.
Humility
I believe humility is my quiet superpower. It anchors me in confidence and keeps me strong. Because of it, I remain curious, teachable, and open to growth and new perspectives. It allows me to lead, grow, and connect deeply without needing the spotlight... like having power without the need to prove it.
Humor
Humor is my secret weapon —laughter keeps me light, grounded, and ready for anything. I laugh at myself, at chaos, even when I’m nervous about my next crazy idea. It’s not about dismissing the moment; it’s about disarming it. I've noticed that my humor shifts energy, opens hearts, and reminds me not to take everything—or myself—too seriously.
These are my guiding values.

Fun, Facts
Most people are shocked when I tell them I have a G-Baby. They can't believe I'm old enough to have a child who has a child. I am, but we're working on that "grand" thing.
I couldn't find the perfect planner, so in my spare time, I created it. It's been a joy to watch the vision come to life and see how many are blessed by what Dare to Dream offers.
I can go from deep, serious conversations to laughing in seconds—and I don’t see a reason to choose between the two.

MY UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE ON Leadership
Leadership shows up everywhere—in the boardroom, at home, in our communities, and in how we lead ourselves through life’s challenges. It’s not just a skill; it’s a responsibility and a privilege. I believe we are all called to lead in some way, and when we do it with boldness, clarity, and integrity, we not only transform our own lives but also the lives of those around us. That’s the power of leadership—and it’s a power worth embracing.

Before the titles, the roles, or the accolades, my leadership started with one goal in mind: to give her the strength to thrive in a world that would not always be kind and was often unfair. She made me
