Welcome to My World

Where You are Limitless and Anything is Possible
I’m Deominic Napoleon (De for short), an empowerment coach with a passion for helping professionals, create success that aligns with their purpose and pushes them beyond their imagination. But what really matters isn’t just what I’ve done—it’s how I got here.
Life didn’t hand me a roadmap, so I created my own. As a single mom determined to succeed, I worked my way through low-paying jobs, long nights, and countless obstacles to raise my daughter while earning my degrees. Moving away from the comfort of Louisiana to the unknowns of Texas was the boldest leap I’d ever taken—but it wouldn’t be the last.
In time, I went from managing survival to leading multi-million-dollar operations in the DMV—a "beat my chest, hold my head high" success story to be proud of I'm sure. But that's not what makes me smile. What I’m most proud of isn’t climbing the corporate ladder or no longer living paycheck to paycheck—it’s the faith that carried me through every challenge, the relationship with God that kept me grounded, and the lives I’ve impacted along the way. Through it all, I learned that success isn’t about titles or income; it’s about living intentionally, embracing your God-given power, and using your gifts to make a difference.

I’m someone who knows what it’s like to feel stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed—but also what it takes to rise. I’m here to remind you that it’s not about where you start; it’s about the moves you make, the journey you take, and that you get there that counts - wherever "there" is. Whether you’re ready to take bold steps or need help finding clarity, let’s work together to build a future you’re excited about getting to.
So Who Am I?
Pillars of PURPOSE AND POWER
My Guiding Values
Every step of my journey has shaped how I coach. I believe in meeting people where they are, challenging them to see their potential, and walking with them toward their goals. My faith keeps me grounded, my experiences keep me relatable, and my bold approach keeps things real. Helping others succeed isn’t just my passion—it’s my purpose.
Faith
Faith is at the heart of everything I do. It’s my compass, my strength, and my reminder that every step of my journey is part of a greater purpose. My relationship with God inspires me to lead with integrity and empowers me to help others uncover their own divine potential.
Freedom
For me, freedom comes when my actions, goals, and values align. It’s not about living without limits, but living without limits imposed by fear, doubt, or someone else. I’ve found that true freedom allows me to live boldly, make intentional decisions, and pursue a life that reflects my purpose.
Boldness
I believe success belongs to those who are willing to take bold steps. Boldness for me shows up when I stand firm in my purpose, make decisive moves, and refuse to shrink myself to fit the expectations of others. Every great achievement I've had started with a willing to "go for it". It was often followed by nervous laughter, but it always ends with "I'm so proud you did it".
Leadership
Leadership is how I show up—in my work, my relationships, and my faith. It’s one way I serve others, inspire change, and take bold steps toward a greater vision. I’ve experienced the power of leadership at every stage of my life, and it’s a skill I continually work to develop in myself and others.
Humility
I believe humility is my quiet superpower. It anchors me in confidence and keeps me strong. Because of it, I remain curious, teachable, and open to growth and new perspectives. It allows me to lead, grow, and connect deeply without needing the spotlight... like having power without the need to prove it.
Humor
Humor is my secret weapon —laughter keeps me light, grounded, and ready for anything. I laugh at myself, at chaos, even when I’m nervous about my next crazy idea. It’s not about dismissing the moment; it’s about disarming it. I've noticed that my humor shifts energy, opens hearts, and reminds me not to take everything—or myself—too seriously.

Fun, Facts
I sent flowers to HR to apologize for nagging them for an interview. I got the interview the next day and I got the job.
I went to Spain by myself for a month -just because I wanted to see something I'd never seen before - but mainly because it was outside of my comfort zone.
We're on year two of bold planners and I'm loving every minute of it... except fonts - it's really hard to choose which fonts you guys will like.

My Unique Perspective on Leadership
Leadership isn’t about titles or authority—it’s about how we show up, the impact we have, and the example we set for others. I believe true leadership begins with self-awareness and a commitment to growth. It’s the ability to inspire, influence, and guide others while staying grounded in your own values and purpose.”
Leadership shows up everywhere—in the boardroom, at home, in our communities, and in how we lead ourselves through life’s challenges. It’s not just a skill; it’s a responsibility and a privilege. I believe we are all called to lead in some way, and when we do it with boldness, clarity, and integrity, we not only transform our own lives but also the lives of those around us. That’s the power of leadership—and it’s a power worth embracing.

Before the titles, the roles, or the accolades, my leadership started with one goal in mind: to give her the strength to thrive in a world that would not always be kind and was often unfair. She made me
BETTER • BRAVER • STRONGER
My greatest achievement has always started here.

What's Next
I’m leveling up—and I want you to come with me. As I complete my executive coaching certification, I’m focused on expanding how I help professionals, leaders, and CEOs unlock their full potential. Whether it’s through personalized one-on-one coaching or the dynamic energy of group coaching, I’m creating spaces where transformation happens, goals are crushed, and growth is inevitable.
But that’s just the beginning. I’m also exploring new ways to make coaching accessible and impactful—think workshops, tools, and programs designed to meet people where they are.
For some reason, getting outside help as an individual is taboo - even though companies do it all the time. I want to fix the stigma around coaching, by giving people opportunities to understand it's benefits on their own terms. I believe success is strategy, not luck and I enjoy the opportunity to strategize with people to help them create a solid plan to get to where they want to be.
